When Joy got pregnant with our first child we decided, after much thoughtful prayer and deep conversation, that she would stay home with our children. She was working in the technology industry at the time just like me. We decided to create a website that would help us to continue to have adult conversations, keep her technology skills current, and keep our relationship on track. The result of those discussions is InspirationPoint.com. The idea for the title came from an old Happy Days episode where Fonzie tries to save the town make out spot from a new freeway. Richie's dad Howard is for the highway until he remembers what Inspiration Point meant to him. It is the beautiful, quiet and serene place that he went with his wife Marion and they discussed some of the biggest decisions in their lives.
Our Inspiration Point has helped us do the same. Yes, we still make out and we are able to have deep, rich, and meaningful conversations about our lives and our marriage. Each week we wrote about our relationship and it helped us build a marriage filled with love.

Inspiration Point also helped us keep a focus on our faith. We both believe that God is leading us down a path to allow us to use our education, skills, and strengths to help others with their relationships and do his work. We hope it will be useful to you.
